I know not to ask this. My better judgement is telling me "Casey is just being a smart ass as normal" But can you realy buy them without paint. tongue.gif

Casey is being a semi-smart ass, because I believe the final value is dependent on what color you choose. Some of the paints are more expensive than others, so it is not factored into the MSRP because the cost is not constant among the array of color options.

Some paints cost a few extra thousand compared to your average lambo black.

A bare metal just clearcoated one would be bad ass. If i had the money thats what i would get. like the Haro frame "Natural" were u can see all the welds ect. But the reason i didnt get "Natural" is because they wont warranty the lifetime gaurantee on that. But will with any other color.
CMartin
Mike's right, i was being a semi smart ass. I think there is one, maybe two colors you can get them in as "no cost". But that nice yellow you see them in, 6000 bucks. Want an orange one, that'll be 11,000 if memory servers me. Want the stiching in your seat to match the paint? Try a grand. When I lived in Chicago I lived right down the street from Fox Valley Motors(not to be confused with the dealer in GR) And they had a pretty healthy selection of Lambo's on the lot all of the time(like 5-10) They had a black, with black, no options, no nothing, totally base, with destination, and handling and gas guzzler, it'd of cost 285,500 before tax. Alot of times you see them marked up pretty bad but this wasn't the case. In contrast, they had a yellow 2003, every option, yellow seat stiching, the 40th AE wheels, the works, 309,000. Still not bad for what it had on it. And unlike a Ferrari the maintance in the first year wont cost you well over 10,000 dollars. And for those of you total day dreams. Something to think about. You can take out a morgage on one, it'll work out to around 1,100 dollars a month for the next 30 years.

But, its still no Lambo.
ivan
yeah, what LS WON said.
saying the Evo 8 is as fast as the murcielago might be true.....in another country. its not like we even get the FQ400 so it does not matter here.
whiteego
i have an evo and i'd still rather have the lambo.

OT, does anyone know what FQ really stands for?
ivan
yeah, i was wondering too. only thing i have ever heard was fucking quick haha. what does MR stand for though?
whiteego

Not really. The mitsu you're refering to is the Euro Spec EVO XIII FQ400, with 400bhp, not you're average EVO there bud.

Edit: oops, already pwned.
ivan
haha^ introduce yourself, i don't know you but i like the name biggrin.gif
