I need some advice on what to do with the bike. as you guys know rob got run off the road and the bike went down so now it needs some fairings. i have two options. i can go back to stock which is a 97 spec. or i can get 98 spec r1 fairings. the top picture is the 97 spec and the bottom is the 98 r1. please vote.

ps in order to do the 98 spec i have to do some mods to the mounts but they say it only takes about 3 hours to do the total swap.

go with the R1, even go with the blue in my opinion. I had an R6 with a similar body style in that exact color. (2004)

yea i had another thread with two options. i couldnt figure out how to edit my thread so i had to make another one.

UPDATE:
the bike is alive now. i might ride it a little bit tomorrow but then it wont be out till wed. when i can go to sos to get it legal. i'll be riding it to the meet next week as long as it doesnt rain.
