Ok well im now trying to figure out what exhaust to use on my integra. Im geared towards a 2.5 mandral bent exhaust either mild/ or stainless....( most likely mild) and i also the same size downpipe. Now i am going to be using a resonator instead of a cat and just a generic muffler for baffaling... Now what do you think i should do. Buy a kteller exhaust and do the work or buy an exhaust kit from ebay, cut the muffler off and then weld my own on and, where is the best place to get a downpipe made and or where is the best place to buy a good one.... Let me know what you guys have in mind.. Thanx

You want to make a "downpipe"? Your integra's header mates right up to the catalytic converter (or resonator in your case). There is no downpipe. Go buy an e-bay header with the same-size flange as the rest of your exhaust and call it good.
As for exhaust options, I honestly liked mine best on the GSR when I just put a stock quiet muffler on. Most b-series sound respectable with a quiet exhaust and a cold air intake, that's the route I'd take.

I wish the subaru had aftermarket headers available for it. Well the Turbo cars do, but the N/A doesn't. I'm surprised no one has done up a set for the N/A as it would be pretty easy. All of it's exhaust is coming off this weekend, and custom stainless steel (free from work in small quantities) is going to get put on

I can't complain that the original exhaust lasted as long as it did on the subie, but it's in bad shape, so it's coming off.

Just use one from an old beetle and cut a 4" hole in the hood for the megaphone to stick out.

mild steel (especially in MI) = poop.
you can get cheap cat-back exhausts from eBay and have an exhaust shop fab up a DP for ~$50 (if you supply the tubing)
i got my stainless evo2 knock-off for $250 shipped off eBay and it works great.
you can probably buy a cheap WG dump off eBay, or have one made for next to nothing...

as long as you paint it or have it ceramic coated it should be fine.
