The forum this was originally was posted on got so much shit stirred up about how stupid it looks and how all the ricers are going to do this that they were actually pissed the guy raced like this. Even though he set a new lap record.
I say function over form. The guys on that forum were irate over how this guy ultimately has started a new ricer trend, and we'll be seeing front mounted spoilers on every civic in town now.

I'd be willing to bet that we wont be seeing it, because anyone that trys to do it will get pulled over after driving for 10 minutes and get written a ticket. I'm sure that will fall under the same law that says you can't have shit hanging from your rear view mirror.

Yeah but at least it's in the rear where it's supposed to be. The TC needs to be converted to RWD and then you put a spoiler on the back like it already has and then you're good to go. And if I'm not mistaken that is the EVO with the exhaust that goes up the side of the wing as well yes?
