As far as a couch, there is a sectional but I don't have a price on it yet....but I do know it is less then a year old. There are supposed to be a few real basic "teacher" style desks delivered (still waiting on those) and one school desk that backs up against the wall (good for a student). There are going to be kitchen things a few small tube TV's, some small flat screen computer monitors, etc. etc. etc. I am still gathering stuff up to put in the sale & also have to find time to get the yard work done before hand too...LOL. Just stop on by, it's right in town & there is going to be plenty to look through.
