My thoughts on this are simple.
-One Saturday in October we have a cruise. The sooner the better.
- Afterwards we can eat at either at a park or someone's house. I'll do the grilling.
I would need someone that's familiar with the area to plan a route for us though.
I only plan on spending about $25 on meat, which can feed about 10 people if we’re not all pigs. I will not supply drinks. This isn’t hot dog and burger style. Its Mexican food with my win salsa and homemade chips.*
Helpful replies would be dates, times, route ideas, and a member list. Bitchfaces/whiners need not reply.
I’ll update this post if we actually get something rolling with a date and a start/end point only.
*disclaimer: if a fuck ton of people actually sign up I'll need help on funds to feed more people. Only members on the list will eat. I wish I could feed more but I’ll need funds. Also fajitas should take about 30-40 mins to start serving once I start grilling.
My suggestion on a end point would be that lake off Oakland and Whites rd. idk the name but it has a good parking area and its close to my house for fast transport of food and a my grille.'

i'll try my damned-est to make it down. i should be back this weekend, but i'm guessing that won't be enough notice for others.
depending on if we want to do a mostly around town cruise, some town/some twisties, dedicated twisties, etc. i can probably plan a decent route.
should probably just plan on meeting at dashworks (since most ppl know where it is, and it's in the middle of where the possible cruise destinations are)
should also plan on doing the cruise earlier in the day, since if we are gonna grill outside its probably gonna get cold as shit as soon as the sun goes down...

true that sol. Possible Noon meet up and eat before sun down.
I wouldn't care if its this weekend either but not enough time for others.
How long do cruises last normally.?

Best thing you can do is just set date/time/place without taking suggestions.

I'd like to do it this weekend but I want people to show up. And I know the weathers gonna be iffy all month.

yea; you can't plan on the weather this time of the year... sooner is probably better than later...
cruise will probably last a little over an hour, two hours at the most i'd say...
noon @ dashworks sounds like a good idea

I'd say if we can get a hand full of drivers for this weekend lets do it. My main concern is the weather and this weekend looks like it should be okay on Saturday. We could alway have another.
Eric- your spirit will be riding shootgun and I'll pour a drink out for you homie. Our OGs will be missed.

Thats what I'm talking bout.. Commitment!
I could always make carne guisada tacos inside. Only thing is we'd have to eat in my garage if its still rainning.

Weather Conditions are not gonna be great, fyi. But we're gonna make an effort. I'm gonna switch up the food so I can make a ton more for co-pilots. Were also gonna need to be careful on the wet roads.

Yeah, I'll be going slow for a couple reasons. I'll be driving my honda, and I am, unlike most honda owners, aware that it is a slow, poor handling, econobox.

i'll co-pilot if it's wet, if not i'll be out on either my bike or maybe steal my dad's car (idk, he might even come out for the cruise)

Keep us posted. I wouldn't plan on nice weather thats 4sure.
Even if we get a handful who actually show up we're riding out at 12:15 from dashworks.
End point is still Woods Lake Parking Area and well see who actually wants to eat and make the short drive to my house.
Wet weather driving is actually starting to sound pretty fun. Wish we could have sign games for co-pilots/cars.
you guys just planning on driving around or do you have a route planned out for the cruise? I may or may not come so put me down for a maybe.

If the weather looks sour I won't be driving my car (it's no fun in the rain), so it'll depend on if my buddy is interested in driving and letting me sit shotgun. I might just ride with him either way and try and get some rolling shots of everyone else, depends on how bright and sunny it ends up being saturday.
edit: whoops casey here....damn my friend for not signing out of his account on my computer...(ironically this is the wrx guy's account, haha)
