Its in very good condition, due to me buying a case and screen protector. There is really only one very faint scratch that I can see on the back. Has never frozen on me, it is a 3rd gen, and runs very good. Obviously you can inspect it if you want to. But I need to sell this quick. I bought it new in February and it hasn't changed much.
